1. Application Layer - HTTP, SMTP, FTP
2. Transport Layer - TCP(transmission control protocol), UDP -> Uses port to access the application layer (HTTP: 80)
TCP - Chops data into small pieces. Includes header to identify the order of data
3. Internet Layer - IP(Internet protocol) : origin and destination IP address
4. Network Layer - MAC : physical machine
